This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use eventra.app (the "App"). Eventra provides in-person event ticket management services (the "Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: the details and contents of your orders, your products, including customer email information, and the specifics of your shop including but not limited to timezone information and location.

Please note that we do not collect customer phone number information.

When you visit the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the App, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the App, and information about how you interact with the App. We refer to this automatically collected information as "Device Information."

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Log files - Track actions occurring on the App, and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Web beacons, tags, and pixels - Electronic files used to record information about how you browse the App.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and the email-related order/customer data retrieved from your Shopify store.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers to provide the Service and operate the App effectively for in-person event ticketing purposes.

We may share your Personal Information only when necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to subpoenas, search warrants, or other lawful requests for information, or to protect our rights.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the information provided below.

Please also note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States, as part of our standard operating infrastructure.
